Shipping
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $9 in the continental United States.
Once you check out, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. While most orders are sent out within 24 hours and arrive within 4 days, please allow 7 days for your package to arrive with ground shipping. Email us at shop@baladihome.com if you would like expedited service. All orders ship from our office in Michigan using USPS or UPS.
Sorry, orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
Free Shipping
If your order is over $150, ground shipping is free, enjoy!
International Shipping
We offer automatic custom rates by UPS and USPS at checkout. If you have any questions, email us at shop@baladihome.com, we're happy to help!
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your artisan made Baladi Home goods, so if you are not happy, you may return your items in undamaged, unwashed condition for a refund within 14 days of order arrival. Make sure to return the items in its original packaging to ensure it arrives safe. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will issue your refund as soon as we receive your return. Refunds are issued in the same form as the initial payment, and may take up to 2 weeks to show up on your statement.

Damaged Goods
Was the mailman too rough with your package? Let us know at returns@baladihome.com within 7 days of order arrival and we will gladly send you a replacement or refund your money!
